Was able to install on MacMini (late 2012) running Mountain Lion (10.8.4). On a more rare occasion you'll get some hardware that won't work at all but that seems rarer these days. I found Boot Camp 4.0.1 on a recovery disk I had made for Lion (10.7). Sometimes, however, you'll get a device that is not supported anymore by Apple but Windows will provide a driver for it regardless. That's it! Here, we are assuming you have followed the instruction on how to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp and have access to the Boot Camp drivers on USB.

You will then need to click the Yes button to continue the installation process. To start the installation process, first click the triangle just to the right of the file name and then then click on Open from the pop-up menu. The exact procedure for opening or running this installation file will depend on both the version of Windows that you are running and the browser that you used to download the file.įor example, if your computer is running Windows 10 and you downloaded the installation file using the Chrome browser, the installation file will be shown in the lower-right corner of your browser window as shown above.
